Novel Project #2

You need to create a blog about your second novel.  Your blog must include:

• Your name and period #

• Title & Author of your novel

• A picture of the cover or a picture/illustration that represents your novel

• A Rating a 1-5 stars and why you gave it that rating

• (one being it was a terrible book and five being it was the best book ever)

• A description of main setting (describe the time period and location that the book takes place in)

• If there are a lot of settings, choose the main one or the one at the beginning of the book to focus on.

• Describe the main character(s)

• If there are a lot of main characters, focus on three or less of them.

• Explain 3-5 plot events that place in the book that will intrigue others to want to read the book.

• Don't explain the whole book!  Some people might want to read it for themselves.
• Don't give away the ending!  Some people might want to read it for themselves.
• Give enough information to make the plot make book make sense to someone who hasn't read it.

• Explain the main conflict of the book.

• What is the problem?
• Is it internal or external conflict?
• Don't give away how the problem gets solved! 

• Give a recommendation for the book

• Who would like it?
• What genre is it?
• What other books/movies/TV shows remind you of the book?

•  Title your blog your name. 

• Click on the orange "Post" button in the upper right hand corner to submit your blog.

• If you don't post your blog, I can't see it. If I can't see it, I can't grade it.
